Few artists are capable of commingling the simple with the unsettling, but What You Gonna Do – the first to come from up-and-coming south Londoner, Nemi – does so demonstrably, alchemically combining turn-of-the-century R&B tropes with Teengirl Fantasy’s industrial liminality to create something that sits (fidgeting, uncomfortably) alongside Common Body’s altogether glitzier Luck of the Draw. And, put simply, we’re more than happy to settle for this one as a quite striking introduction…
