Weaves, One More.

One of the runaway success stories of last November’s superlative Iceland Airwaves, Weaves’ One More thus has a suitably freewheeling, loose feel; albeit one which, musically, exhibits ability uninhibited. Brash, rash and downright raucous, its 150 seconds recall the unadulterated, adolescent trash-and-thrash of Be Your Own Pet, by way of quintessential Canadian quirk; and on so invigorating a showing, we’ll take a whole load more whence this one materialised…

One More is lifted from Weaves’ eponymous début album, due out June 17th on Memphis Industries.
