What with there being a brand new Four Tet record out in the world, it seems pretty improbable for the floors of stores such as Phonica to be filled with anything other than New Energy for the foreseeable, but dig beyond Hebden’s superlative latest, and you may yet happen upon fellow Londoner Will Lister’s comparably superb Space to Breathe EP in the proverbial crate. Taken from it, the both immediate and enduring highlight comes in the freeform form of Unseen Moments, as the cerebral rush of Floating Points’ Shadows shuffles to the fore, thus seemingly ensuring that Lister shan’t be lingering on the periphery for a whole load longer…
