Although the slinky Post Requisite has been floating about the www. for a fair while already, having featured on Flying Lotus’ FlyLo FM several years ago – not to mention on Steven Ellison’s directorial début, Kuso, of January – it’s still extremely satisfying to have a full-length edit, free of interruptions and/ or idents, to chow down thereon. For reminiscent of his intergalactic pièce de résistance, Cosmogramma, it’s doubtless the most concise, sprightly and downright wondrous thing he’s done since, for instance, Dance of the Pseudo Nymph or the Thundercat-featuring Mmmhmm.
