Tuva Hellum Marschhäuser and Simon Would – together, better known as Tuvaband – have been making quite the name for themselves in blogospheric circles for some while already, although never previously have they struck with the dumbstriking crystallinity of Trees. A cutting from their forthcoming début EP, Mess, this one is anything but, instead proving reminiscent of fellow duo Geowulf on those befuddling SSRIs, as Marschhäuser repeatedly compares “fell[ed]” trees to “fall[en]” people. A comparison we’re not quite with there, even though Tuvaband now have another blog firmly lodged in their orbit…
