Brad Weber may not be best known by his Coy Haste nom de plume, although that’s not to suggest this project is any less meritorious of time and/ or attention than his polyrhythmic contributions to Caribou, nor his radical escapades as Pick a Piper’s ringleader. Indeed, Spaces Inlet – Weber’s expansive seven-minute benefaction to Architextures’ Winter Chill Vol. 2 compilation – may occupy a fairly lengthy while, but it proves a glacial, lissom composition which bristles with a wistful beauty, and doesn’t so much command, as demand your undivided attention.
